At SHP we fully believe that a bed is a basic requirement for the proper physical, emotional, and mental development of every child. When it was brought to our attention that the need for beds went far beyond our own neighborhoods, we stepped up and took initiative. We’re a national organization answering the call to a national problem, and 87% of your donation goes directly to helping a kid in need get off the floor.

You can support SHP by donating below to SHP or your local chapter.

Donate To Your Local Chapter

Sleep in Heavenly Peace is 100% volunteer-driven and donation-driven. Any donations we receive go towards:

• Purchasing materials for beds
• Bed assembly and delivery
• Building and improving our organization

The donations we get from individuals, service groups or corporations determine how many beds we can produce and deliver. Thank you so much for supporting our work!

Other Ways to Donate

There are many other ways to donate to SHP besides a financial contribution. We have many opportunities for you to find ways to get involved with your local chapter here. Or you can make an in-kind donation to a Chapter. When you do this, you offset their operating costs, allowing them to build more beds.

Here are some ideas of what chapters need:

• New twin-sized sheet sets and comforters
• Pillows
• Wood and other construction material for Build Days
• Tools

SHP Chapters are also grateful to businesses that provide any of the above items at a discount or reduced rate. 

Donate by Cheque

Donations by cheque can be made out to Sleep in Heavenly Peace. If you are donating to a specific Chapter, please ensure you annotate that Chapter’s name in your check’s memo section.
